Merdeka Swimathon 2014

MARK YOUR CALENDAR ON 31 AUGUST, 2014!

IBSC is proud to announce that we are organising a Merdeka Swimathon 2014 jointly with Persatuan Renang Amatur Kuala Lumpur to raise funds for the club's activities especially in empowering the needy swimmers to live better through sports. Details as below :

Event	:	Merdeka Swimathon 2014
Date	:	31 August, 2014 (Sunday)
Venue	:	Kompleks Renang Kuala Lumpur
Registration of swimmers	:	7:00 am.
Event Starts	:	8:00 am. – 12:00 pm.
Eligibility	:	Any IBSC members or non-members who registered with a valid Pledge Card returned to IBSC with collection of min RM50
Award	:	1.   Top 3 fund-raisers 2.   Longest distance junior swimmers (Under 12 male & female) 3.   Longest distance senior swimmers (13 and Over male & female) 4.   Certificate of participation 5.   Lucky draws
Deadline for Return of Pledge Card	:	16 August, 2014

So, set your record by swimming non-stop for the longest distance your stamina can stretch you and at the same time show to us that you too can chip in to bring the fund$ home. Each participant will be entitled to a goodie bag, Swimathon T-shirt, certificate of participation and a Lucky Draw.

See your coach or any of the IBSC committee members to get your Pledge Card today.  IBSC swimmers are to returned the Pledge Card together with the funds collected latest by 16 August, 2014 so that the swim events can be finalised soonest possible.
