Steadfast KL boys broke meet record in 4x200m freestyle relay


The 4th day of swimming in SUKMA Perak 2018 at Pusat Akuatik Tuanku Zara, produced the most gratifying results thus far with the Men Relay Team smashing the meet record in the 4x200m freestyle relay, thanks to steadfast swimmers led by Keith Lim, Steve Khiew, Chan Jun Jian and Sebastian Soon as the anchorman. A brilliant finish at a neat time of 7:40.17 erasing the old record of 7:43.67 previously held by Selangor. Well done Team Wipers!


Team Selangor came second (7:45.98) and Sarawak settled for bronze (7:59.18).

Women 4x200m freestyle relay winners, Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan and Sabah.

The KL girls also made commendable effort in winning SILVER in 4x200m freestyle relay with dashing swimmers Ashley Ting, Nuratifa Zahra, Karla Lim Kay Yee and Georgene Wee. Well done.

Ng Zi Syuen, won bronze in her pet event 200m breaststroke
Prior to the relays, Ng Zi Syuen also made Coach Shazali proud as she stood on  the podium receiving her bronze in 200m breaststroke with a new PB of 2:47.14.
