4th Gold for Steve in Thailand Age Group

Steve Khiew's desire for more gold lingered on, on the 4th day of the Thailand Age Group Swimming Championships 2017 as he's insatiable. In the Group 2 boys event, he flipped up another gold easily in his pet event, 200m backstroke, by maintaining his time of 2:11.91s.

His competitior from India, Vedant Bapna, came second 2:16.95 to claim silver whilst Thai swimmer, Peerakrit took bronze at 2:18.05s.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Meanwhile, earlier in the morning, team mate, Chan Jun Jian had a chance to improve his long distance swim of 1,500m freestyle by improving his 17 minute PB to 16:52.87 and deserves a mention on 4th position overall in the Group 1 boys category.
