In case you have any queries or issues concerning your swimming children, kindly raise them directly to your respective coaches first to have them resolved. If your concerns are not resolved within a reasonable time frame or there are bigger issues deserving more attention, you may then address it to the Swim Committee.The IBSC Swim Committee for the term 2012-2014 comprises of :

Charter of the Swim Committee
- To evaluate the development of swimmers and to make upgrading recommendations in consultation with coaches
- To promote, motivate and instill good training awareness to swimmers
- To attend and preside at disciplinary hearing tribunal
- To liaise with PRAKL swim committee and monitor execution of swimming programmes
- To maintain and update the Club's notice board
- To propose and decide swimmers competitions eligibility and representation
- To foster closer relationship and act as an intermediary between parents and coaches and solicit suggestions/proposal from parents towards the betterment of the Club's administrative efficiency
