IBSC Annual Lunch 2012

Dear Parents / Members,
Pleased be informed that IKAN BILIS SWIMMING CLUB will be holding an Annual Lunch as below :- Lunch : Hi-Tea Buffet Venue : Wild Rice Restaurant, Level 9 Boulevard Hotel, Mid Valley  Date : 18th November 2012  (Sunday) Time : 12 noon to 4pm. Participants : All IBSC Members Rate : Swimmers  - Free of charge Parents  - RM 48/= per pax Children (3-12 yrs)  - RM 24/= per pax
Kindly register your name and number of participants with your respective coaches together with the Reply Slip & Payment on and before 20th Oct 2012 (Sat).
To make this occasion more exciting, we plan to have Lucky Draw for the swimmers. Therefore, we would appreciate if you could support by contributing any form of gifts for the day to us by 16th Nov 2012.  Please contact Ms Christine Lim at 017-2183322 for more details.
