Presentation of Malaysia All Stars Swim Caps

Kindly note that a presentation of Malaysia All Star Swim Caps will be held this Saturday (28 April 2018) after training at 8:30 am at Cheras pool to IBSC state swimmers & PRAKL squad by the KL coaches.

Sign-Up for free Motivational Talk by ex-Olympian Khoo Cai Lin

Dear IBSC swimmers,

We are proud to bring to you a free session of talk by our national swimmer and ex-Olympian, Miss Khoo Cai Lin next Saturday, 28th April, 2018 at Cheras Pool, 9-10 am.

Cai Lin will share with us how to prep for competitions, her experience in swimming and the challenges presented with her scoliosis condition.
